Potatoes and Pepper Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 bell peppers, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the onions and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the garlic, paprika, and thyme, and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Add the diced potatoes to the skillet and cook until they start to brown, stirring occasionally, about 10 minutes.
- Add the sliced bell peppers to the skillet and continue to cook until the potatoes are tender and the peppers are slightly softened, about 8-10 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
